@Leisure: Axel Springer sells @Leisure to Oyo

Germany-based publishing company Axel Springer has decided to sell majority stake in @Leisure - one of the leading vacation rental companies in Europe - to Indian hotel startup Oyo for €180 million ($201.8 million U.S.).
