Nordco: Oak Creek Nordco building sold to General Capital

General Capital Group added to its portfolio of industrial buildings with the $7 million purchase of an Oak Creek plant leased to Nordco Inc. The 295,000-square-foot building is at 315 W. Forest Hill Ave., west of Howell Avenue. General Capital, a Fox Point real estate investor and developer, bought it as a long-term holding, said David Jubelirer, partner and head of acquisitions.
