Nordco: Shuttlewagon will expand at Three Trails Industrial Park

Shuttlewagon Inc., a Grandview-based company that designs and manfactures mobile railcar movers for the aggregate, mining and refining industries, has leased 81,997 square feet at Three Trails Industrial Park in south Kansas City for expansion. The space is located in Three Trails Building III, a 494,654-square-foot structure that was started on a speculative basis, meaning before any tenants were signed.
