1789 Restaurant: New chef at the helm of 1789 Restaurant in Georgetown

There's a new toque at the head of one of D.C.'s last fine dining kitchens, and he's not exactly new to the area. 1789 Restaurant — the longtime Georgetown restaurant that's part of the Clyde's Restaurant Group — has hired Samuel Kim as its new executive chef, bringing the chef back after eight years working in New York City.
