The company will be paying rentals of Rs 84.75 lakh per month in the first year of the lease and the agreement includes a clause to escalate the amount by 4.5% every year. The lease tenure will start from June this year and come to an end in May 2028. The licensor will grant 20Cube Logistics Solutions a rent-free period of five months.
