7 Delta: ManTech completes 7Delta acquisition

Fairfax-based ManTech International Corp. has completed its acquisition of government healthcare contractor 7Delta Inc. for an undisclosed sum. ManTech announced plans to acquire the company in April. The acquisition will add $50 million to annual revenue, ManTech (NASDAQ: MANT) said. ManTech had $2.3 billion in revenue last year.
