717 Parking Enterprises: Accardi brothers buy more land in downtown Tampa

The owners of 717 Parking Enterprises have added an additional acre of land to their downtown Tampa portfolio. Twin brothers Jason and John Accardi paid $5.9 million for the 1-acre block bound by Washington Street to the north, Whiting Street to the south, North Marion Street to the west and North Morgan Street to the east, according to Hillsborough County property records.
