Westbourne Capital Partners: Modineer Co. Inc. acquired by private investment entity

Modineer Co. Inc., a metal fabricator located in Niles, Mich., has announced the sale of the company to a newly formed entity established by Chicago-based private investment firm Westbourne Capital Partners; Hall Capital, a family-owned investment company located in Oklahoma City, Okla.; and a private investor.
