A&B Process Systems: JBT Corp. continues buying spree, acquires Wisconsin firm for $102M

Chicago-based John Bean Technologies Corp. said it's purchased A&B Process Systems of Stratford, Wisconsin, for $102 million. It's the fourth big purchase in the past 18 months for JBT, which makes products used by the food and aerospace industries. A&B Process Systems makes stainless steel components used in the food preparation industry.
