ABC Laboratories: California company buys Missouri's ABC Labs

Columbia-based Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories Inc. has sold to a California lab company. ABC Laboratories sold to EAG Inc. for an undisclosed price. EAG, a laboratory network providing services to a variety of industries, said the acquisition bolsters a recent expansion of its ChemEco division.
