ABG Sundal Collier: ABG Sundal Collier delays launch of private bank again - Di

Investment bank ABG Sundal Collier is delaying its private bank again. It is now expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2025. This is according to the management in an interview with the news service Finansmarknaden from Dagens Industri. The company has been developing the service for a two-year period, and announced in the spring that the launch would take place this fall. But now this is delayed until the beginning of next year. "Presenting a completely new private bank just before the end of the year is not optimal. It will be during the first quarter that we go live," says Jonas Ingerdal Predikaka, Head of Private Banking at ABG. The private bank is being delayed because the company is building a new IT platform from scratch, and it wants to test it first and make fine adjustments. "Everything has to be tiptop. We don't want to go live with a product that is perceived as beta," says Jonas Ström, CEO of ABG.
