AboutWeb: IT firm opens skills training center in downtown Baltimore

A Maryland IT and cyber contractor wants to help train underserved community members for in-demand technology jobs in Baltimore, with its new downtown office. AboutWeb, based in Gaithersburg, opened its the office at 11 E. Lexington St. on Monday.
