Accella Performance Materials: Carlisle acquires Accella

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.�Carlisle's largest business unit is about to get bigger. The firm reached an agreement to acquire Accella Performance Materials in what Carlisle said was the largest acquisition in its 100-year history.
