This means that brands can now engage with customers using push notifications and automated replies through the WhatsApp Business API. Leveraging the full power of Urban Airship-owned Accengage’s UI for segmentation, personalisation, localised languages, and connections with other business systems, the solution enables enterprises to send non-promotional notifications and automated replies to WhatsApp users who have explicitly given their consent.
