ACH: ACH Food Batters Suit Over Half-Full Baking Mixes, For Now

A California federal judge dismissed a proposed class action alleging ACH Food Companies Inc. purposefully packages baking mixes in half-full opaque boxes to mislead consumers, saying that the suit failed to "allege facts to support the conclusion that the slack fill is nonfunctional."
