G.C. Andersen Partners, a New York-based investment bank, has closed a senior credit facility for A-AirComp LLC, an affiliate of Acme Lift. A-AirComp is a strategic alliance that began in January 2016 between Acme Lift and Sullair LLC that enabled Acme Lift, which specializes in the re-rental of large aerial equipment and telehandlers, to expand its product offering to include large, mobile air compressors.read more
