Actifio: Actifio, Waltham tech firm acquired by Google, plans layoffs

Until earlier this month, Actifio was one of the veteran "unicorn" tech companies in Boston, with approximately $318 million in venture capital funding and a valuation of $1.13 billion. As of Dec. 14, Actifio is part of Google Cloud, according to an editor's note on Google Cloud blog.
