AEG Vision: AEG Vision Continues Arizona Expansion with Acquisition of Silverbell Eyecare Center of Tucson

DALLAS-AEG Vision, an owner and operator of leading optometry practices across the nation, announced the acquisition of Silverbell Eyecare Center in Tucson, Ariz. The practice, which was founded in 1990 by Richard Baim, OD, becomes the 14th practice under AEG Vision's practice group in Arizona, according to the announcement. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AEG Vision, a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group, operates under multiple brands in Arizona, including 20/20 Image Eye Centers, Carlsson Family Eye Center, Alvernon Optical and Affinity Eye Care.
