AEG Vision: AEG Vision Partners With North Suburban Vision Consultants, Adding to Its Expansion in the Greater Chicago Area

DALLAS-AEG Vision, an owner and operator of leading optometry practices across the U.S., has acquired North Suburban Vision Consultants in Deerfield, Ill. North Suburban Vision Consultants (NSVC) is a preeminent specialty practice in the greater Chicago area, according to an AEG Vision announcement. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NSVC's eyecare specialists (both optometrists and ophthalmologists) provide comprehensive primary eyecare services as well as specialty eyecare, including contact lens specialty care, cornea and anterior segment eye disease, myopia management, keratoconus management and dry eye management, among other services, according to its website.
