Aereon: Austin company acquires shale gas technology assets

Aereon Inc. has purchased some assets from a natural gas technology company based in Georgia for an undisclosed amount. The Austin-based supplier of gas and vapor combustion and recovery equipment said it has acquired the Abutec brand and its burner and combustor technology used in shale gas production around the country.
