AeroJet: Boeing Co, Lockheed Martin Corporation Have Different Opinions Regarding Aerojet Bit

Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings placed a bid to acquire Boeing Co (NYSE:BA) and Lockheed Martin Corporation's (NYSE:LMT) joint venture "United Launch Alliance" for $2 billion earlier this week. Yesterday, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) that both companies are having difference of opinions regarding the sale of their equal stake to Aerojet.
