AGEC: Solon's HDT Global acquires Aviation Ground Equipment Corp.

The deal enables HDT Global, which makes products for the defense, aerospace and government markets, 'to offer complete aircraft ground power and thermal management support to key military aircraft programs, including the F35 Lightning and B21 Raider,' the company's VC backer says.
