Agilex: Accenture completes Agilex acquisition

Arlington-based Accenture Federal Services, an Accenture LLP subsidiary, has completed its acquisition of Chantilly-based Agilex Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition was first announced Feb. 9. Agilex, an information technology company, provides IT solutions to government agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and Commerce.
