Agrivida: Novus acquires Agrivida, looks to develop new feed additives
Novus International has acquired biotech company Agrivida Inc. The deal gives the US animal health and nutrition company ownership of Agrivida's INTERIUS technology, which is designed to embed feed additives inside grain.
