The Green Bay Redevelopment Authority got their first look at what the Clarion Hotel in downtown Green Bay will look like following its renovation and conversion to a Hampton Inn. American Hospitality Management Inc. plans to invest $5.3 million to upgrade the 136-room property, which it bought from the city.
