AHMSA: Mexican steelmaker AHMSA says accounts 'improperly' frozen by government

Altos Hornos de Mexico, one of Mexico's largest steelmakers, said on Monday that the Finance Ministry's Financial Intelligence Unit had "improperly" frozen its bank accounts.
