Akron Hardware: Akron Hardware Consultants sold to New York private equity firm

Scott Suttell - High Road Capital Partners did not disclose terms of the Akron-based wholesale distributor of commercial and institutional door hardware. Akron Hardware will be combined with Kansas City, Mo.-based Midwest Wholesale Hardware, which the private equity firm bought in February.
