Weight: 142.6 (on different scale) / Mood: OkI was house-sitting this weekend so the scale I used to weight myself was different than the one I had at home. Brunch: 10oz snickerdoodle coffee with 1 Tbsp whipping cream, no stevia. 4 pieces nitrate free bacon, cup zucchini fried in bacon oil and garlic, 2 over easy eggs in the bacon oil. - Mood: ok, not overly full but strangely sluggish. Not feeling the coffee. Snacks: cheese stick, handful blueberries, 1 stick of celery and ranch. -Mood: okDinner: palm-sized portion of grilled steak, 1 cup asparagus stir-fried in bacon oil, 1 cup white mushrooms stir-fried in butter, can of Sprite Zero. - Mood: pleasantly full.Exercise: none.
