Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG) announced that its subsidiaries have entered into agreements with BP Oil Shipping Company USA and BP AMI Leasing Inc. to purchase U.S.-flagged crude oil carrier vessels operated by Alaska Tanker Company LLC (ATC).
