A furniture company based in Baldwin County is expanding into the stationary upholstery market. Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company LLC has acquired Albany Industries Inc. of New Albany, Mississippi. Middle-market private equity firm Aterian Investment Partners oversaw the transaction.
