Yanega was appointed CFO in Sept. 2016 and continues to manage all fiscal matters as well as provide tactical counsel for Smyth’s ongoing development. Prior, Yanega bolstered Smyth’s financial strategy helping to foster a new banking relationship and catalyze the profitable sale of subsidiaries. In his new, dual position as CFO and VP of Operations, he will be tasked with spearheading improvements in operations and logistics, customer service, sales training and product sell-through.
