Alcor Micro: Alcor Micro to split into 3 business groups

Taiwan-based Alcor Micro, which specializes in the design and development of USB controller chips, has announced plans to undergo an organizational structure adjustment. The company will be divided into three business groups, and the target date to complete the adjustment is January 1, 2016.
