Alcyone Apartments: Equity pays Vulcan $61M for SLU apartment building

Vulcan Real Estate on Wednesday announced the sale of the Alcyone Apartments in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood to Chicago-based Equity Residential. A preliminary posting by the King County Recorder's Office lists the price as $60.9 million. Vulcan Real Estate Vice President Ada M.
