Allegiance Title: New-to-Houston title co. nabs prime Post Oak space

A new-to-Houston real estate company nabbed a prime piece of real estate in the city's Uptown submarket. Allegiance Title Co., a title insurance services firm that's expanding its commercial offerings, signed a lease for 6,430 square feet at 109 North Post Oak Lane.
