Allegiancetitle: Allegiance Title of Dallas merges with Tulsa's FirsTitle to create AllFirst

Dallas-based Allegiance Title Co. and Tulsa-based FirsTitle have joined forces to create a new holding company called AllFirst in a merger that takes the headquarters out of North Texas.
