Alliance Global Services: EPAM Systems buys Alliance Global Services for $50 million

EPAM Systems acquired fellow Philadelphia-area software company Alliance Global Services this week for $50 million. Founded in 1992, EPAM is headquarted in Radnor and employs over 11,000 people. It was ranked third on Forbes' 2014 list of Best Small Companies, with $633 million in sales.
