Alpheus: Telecom with DFW data centers bought by Houston-based LOGIX Communications

A merger of two Texas telecoms has created the largest independent fiber-optic network provider in the state, the companies say. Houston-based LOGIX Communications has completed its acquisition of Alpheus Communications, creating LOGIX Fiber Networks.
