Ambonare: Ambonare Acquired By Red River

Austin-based Ambonare, a technology consulting company focused on application development, cloud computing, DevOps, and Docker, has been acquired by New Hampshire-based Red River, the two said late Friday. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to Red River, the acquisition will help it further its investment in Austin and the State of Texas, while also expanding its consulting services. Red River already had a presence in Austin, saying it opened an office in the city in 2017. Ambonare had been led by President Samuel Chen.
