NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A-' rating to the following American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP) revenue bonds: --$237 million combined hydroelectric projects revenue bonds, series 2016A (Green Bonds). The bonds are expected to sell via negotiation during the week of September 12th.
