American Roller Bearings: Timken Co. buys North Carolina industrial bearings manufacturer

From Crain's Akron Business: The North Canton-based maker of bearings and industrial motion products said it has acquired the assets of American Roller Bearing Co. for an undisclosed amount. It's Timken's second acquisition this week.
