Americanosment: National distributor acquires Birmingham-based supplier

A Birmingham-based cleaning products supplier has been bought by a national distributor. Imperial Dade announced it acquired the assets of American Osment, a distributor of janitorial, sanitation, foodservice and office supply products serving north Alabama.
