Amerifleet: St. Louis vehicle shipper acquires Alpharetta fleet services firm

A St. Louis vehicle-shipping company has acquired Alpharetta-based AmeriFleet, a fleet logistics and services company. MetroGistics Holdings and equity partner Tailwind Capital announced the acquisition of AmeriFleet today (Jan. 9). The deal closed in December. Terms were not disclosed.
