Stephen E. Roberts, PE, DBIA has joined A. Morton Thomas & Associates as Director of Southeast Transportation Engineering, based in the firm’s Raleigh, NC office. Stephen will build on his substantial experience to strengthen transportation engineering services within NC and expand services throughout the southeast. Mr. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
