PAUL, Minn., Aug. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --Evansville, Indiana-based Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB) ("Old National") and St. Paul, Minnesota-based Anchor Bancorp, Inc., ("Anchor") jointly announced today the execution of a definitive agreement under which Old National will acquire Anchor through a stock and cash merger. When completed, this transaction will position Old National as the seventh largest deposit holder in the Twin Cities market.
