Anchor Fabrication LLC has secured a $25 million senior credit facility from MB Business Capital, a unit of MB Financial Bank. Spell Capital Mezzanine Partners provided the subordinated debt for the transaction. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Anchor Fabrication is a metal fabrication company that serves the rail, industrial, heavy truck, oil and gas, and the logistics sectors.
