Andrews Kurth: Andrews Kurth Kenyon to merge with Virginia law firm

Several months ago, reports emerged that Houston-based Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP and Virginia-based Hunton & Williams LLP were in talks to merge. Now, the deal is official. The two firms voted to combine as Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, according to a Feb. 21 announcement.
