Your higher self always knows the best outcome for you. My higher self is able to communicate with your higher self to usher in a different perspective. I have been able to access this higher self through meditation and practice. You can too! The common misconception is that you can't get there yourself. But nearly everyone can. First you must find your center - your heart - and see the beauty of all that is and can be. Until that happens, it is extremely hard to make the connection. For many , the easiest transition to find your center is through yoga. At first it may not be discernible what is happening when you reach the 'sweet spot' and that is OK. The first part of learning to reach the state of 'oneness with your heart' is learning to control your mind and thoughts. Learning yoga through a great instructor is a great way to embody 'Be Still and know that I am'. But be aware that many are not on the path, and be very careful not to judge or fault those who have not found their center. You too were once living from your ego. It is our wounded ego judging and controlling our thoughts and actions. Do not succumb to that wounded ego as it is the easy path. It is normal for those who have not found their center to lash out and request/require more than you can give. Just be happy knowing that someday they too will find their center. There can be no judgment or ill feelings toward another when you are guiding your life from your highest self. Some would call this the Jesus factor Others would call it the Budah factor or maybe even the Ascended Master factor. It is all the same to me, one religion is not different from another, they are all interpretations of the messenger to bring truth to the masses. Once you study religions to the core influences you will find the same truth, spoken differently to reach the intended masses of population. The higher self is in communication with all of these great messengers and can be accessed within yourself through meditation. It is right to give thanks to these messengers when receiving God's/Source's truth.
