I can feel some resistance to this sentence already. Happiness is a beautiful synergy of your mind body and soul and when one is happy, the others naturally follow suit. Still don't believe me? I invite you then on a one week challenge that could change your life. Are you ready? Are you committed to find your happiness? Are you committed to find Love? Are you committed to find beauty? Yes? Then, come let me show you the way.Step One: On your commute to and from work this week, turn off all electronic devices. This includes your cell phone, your navigation system (unless you really don't know your way to work, no one should get lost without it) and most importantly your radio/Ipod/satellite radio. -If you are working from home or unemployed: take a 15 minute break or walk.Step Two: Open your eyes to the world that surrounds you.Step Three & MOST IMPORTANT: LOOK FOR THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY! -This could be anything: The sun, the clouds, the trees, the beautiful buildings, the sound of your child's laughter, the smile on your lover's face, the red sports car next to you on the road, the paint color on your walls, the fabulous pair of shoes in the window of a store, the flowers on the side of the road, anything! Step Four: YOU NEED TO FEEL IT. Your emotional body and your brain need to connect with the happiness, the joy, the bliss of finding simple things that you LOVE! -DO NOT WRITE IT DOWN -DO NOT KEEP A TALLY IN YOUR HEAD. - JUST REMEMBER HOW IT FEELS!Step Five: SHARE IT! Share the experience of finding love, the happiness, & joy with others!
