Anticimex: Anticimex is now reportedly valued at SEK 100 billion - Di

The valuation of the pest control company Anticimex continues to grow. According to information to Dagens industri, it now amounts to SEK 100 billion. This can be compared with SEK 80 billion in the summer of 2023 (according to Di's own calculations) and about SEK 3 billion when the private equity firm EQT took over from Ratos in 2012. In an interview with Di, Anticimex CEO Jussi Ylinen says that they will continue to grow organically as much as the market, which is around 5 percent per year. "Then acquisitions are expected to add between 5 and 10 percent growth further this year. The operating profit margin also continues to improve," he adds. The goal of reaching SEK 20 billion in sales and an ebita of SEK 4.6 billion in 2025 is within reach, according to the CEO. In 2023, the outcome was SEK 15.5 and 3.2 billion. Ylinen declines to comment on the performance in 2024. The Anticimex CEO is also asked about a potential IPO in the interview. "That's a question for the owners, but the company would probably fit on the stock exchange," he replies.
