While our local growers deliver several times a week, there are days when we go through our entire supply of an ingredient, or we just want to see what variety is available to infuse into our dishes. That's where the Farmers Market comes in.In addition to our usual shipments, the Chefs at Grove make a point to shop at the Farmers Market. The Fulton Street Farmers Market is one of our favorite places in the city and one of the best ways to support our local community. A weekly Farmers Market trip is made every Saturday, but the need for weekday trips come up now and then.
